I only recently moved in, but am very happy to say that I love it here. The apartment I’m in is affordable, nice and in a wonderful location. I love taking my dog down to the river. And it’s just a few minute drive to Quarry Trails Park! The best part of this complex is the people though.... I only recently moved in, but am very happy to say that I love it here. I love living here! I moved here back at the end of October 2021 to an apartment. You can definitely hear your upstairs neighbors' noises at times, but it isn't bothersome to me; I can sleep with that in the background just fine. Otherwise, it is very quiet and peaceful. Gym and convenience to park are lovely. Never had an issue with maintenance or their rent payment portal online. Melissa and staff are great, the laundry facilities are updated with the latest appliances, and the decoration of the laundry rooms, hallways and clubhouse is spectacular! Melissa, our property manager, is very responsive and helpful in many situations and really appears to care much about you and your success in Columbus. I just moved here and Melissa was a major plus on my transition to the city. I have only lived here for a month, but it's great! The Apartment... Maintenance is available 24 hours, and they are very respectful when they come in. The appliances are new and I love living here! Read More
